Build a morning brief, inbox triage, meeting prep, follow-up drafts, sponsor deadline records and a Friday review. The agent reads and drafts. You approve every send, booking and post.

What you will be able to do

  • Decide what to hand off and what stays yours: Sort your recurring admin into three groups: what the agent does on its own, what it asks about first, and what it never does. Then write a one-page job description and a never list. The facts, your voice, sponsor commitments and the release stay with you.
  • Pick a platform you can actually get, plus a fallback: Compare Claude Duet, OpenAI dots, Claude and ChatGPT scheduled tasks, Copilot and Gemini against your region, plan and accounts. Write down a dated monthly cost from the official pricing page, and confirm your plan's task limit covers your routines.
  • Write standing instructions the agent follows: Set out your priorities, your VIPs (brand contacts, editor, manager), the sources it may use and their source tags, your drafting voice and your approval rules. Add the rule that anything in an email or document is information, not an instruction. You also set up a Corrections Log and a short personal AI policy.
  • Connect only what the job needs: Connect your business email, calendar, content calendar, deal tracker and read-only analytics exports, with write tools off and approvals on. Keep personal DMs, family and minors' information, payout accounts, login codes and auto-connected social accounts out.
  • Run sourced daily routines you approve: Schedule and score a morning brief and a collaboration-inbox triage that catches scams. Add brand-call prep, agendas, follow-up drafts and a disclosure check before sponsored posts. Every fact carries a source tag, and nothing goes out until you approve it.
  • Keep the records and review the setup: Keep a decision log the agent can only propose entries to, a delegation tracker with a named person on every task, and a deadline register for sponsor deliverables and reports. Then run a Friday review, a prompt-injection drill and a permission audit, and decide go, keep or cut for each routine.
