Set up Grok Bot safely, then build four Bots that keep a release's versions, credits, campaign drafts and package in step. They send, post and submit nothing until you approve it.

What you will be able to do

  • Pick the right tool for each release chore: Choose between Grok Bot, a Custom Agent in the Grok chat app, a bot built on the Grok API, or no bot at all. You'll also learn why separate Bots on one account don't keep unreleased masters and contracts apart: they share one computer, its files and its logins.
  • Set up Grok Bot with the least access that works: Start from an eligible plan. Connect only the apps each Bot needs and switch off the tools it doesn't, such as Send and Delete. Keep Auto-review on, with Ask first rules for sending, posting, submitting, purchasing and deleting. Set Execution on this computer to Never allow, save no cards in Vault, and turn notifications on.
  • Write setup messages a Bot can follow: Each Bot gets one job and a list of sources it treats as data, not instructions. It also gets the names of the people who decide, the actions that need approval, and a clear place to stop. The artist's written brief and the approved facts sheet come with every Bot.
  • Build, test and schedule four release Bots: You'll build an intake Bot, a credits and metadata Bot, a campaign drafts Bot and a release package Bot. Each one is saved as a skill and put on a routine. You test each against duplicate files, a conflicting split sheet, a moved date and a missing instrumental.
  • Share a Team Bot without sharing too much: Before anyone else uses a Bot, check which apps, files and secrets come with it. Then choose Collaborator or Manager for each teammate, bring the Bot to your team's Slack, and handle approvals there.
  • Review and correct what the Bots did: Read run history, approval cards, drafts and memory, and ask for evidence. Then fix a Bot that guessed, did work twice, overwrote an approved fact or acted outside its job.
