Build an assistant that prepares your morning brief, meeting prep, follow-ups and decision log from approved sources. It sends, books and changes nothing until a person says yes.

What you will be able to do

  • A written job description for your AI: Write standing instructions for one production lead: priorities, VIPs, sources of truth, what the AI may do on its own, what it must ask about, what it must never do, and which calls belong to the director, the producer or a department lead.
  • A platform chosen and locked down: Choose a first-choice platform and a fallback that fit your plan, region and email setup. The options are Claude scheduled tasks, ChatGPT scheduled tasks, OpenAI dots, Claude Duet, Microsoft Copilot and Google Gemini. Then set it to the least access that works, with approval required before anything is sent, shared, booked or deleted.
  • A sourced morning brief every weekday: Schedule and test a brief covering next-day readiness, changes since the last published call sheet, open clearances, review-note conflicts and deadlines. Every item has a source tag, and the brief ends with a 'Could not check' line.
  • Meeting prep and recaps you approve: Produce prep notes, timed agendas and recap drafts for production and review meetings. Actions become delegation tracker rows with named owners, and any date or owner nobody stated is marked 'not stated'.
  • A decision log people confirm: Keep a creative and budget decision log where the AI only proposes rows. Each row names the script revision or cut it applies to. The AI flags later emails that may contradict a confirmed decision and quotes both.
  • A weekly review and a tested rollout: Run a weekly review of clearances, deliverables and delegations, then a two-week rollout with a prompt-injection drill, a permissions audit and a written go or no-go call on each routine.
