  • Taught one-on-one by an AI tutor, at your level, typed or out loud

Set up Muse with the least access that works. Then run briefs, evidence checks, action follow-up and status drafts through it. Nothing is sent, booked or shared until you approve it.

What you will be able to do

  • Decide whether Muse fits your work: Check Muse's official availability, plans, usage limits, terms and dated incidents as of October 2026. Then write a go/no-go note that covers your firm's AI policy, client NDAs and IT approval, and know where to check for changes.
  • Set Muse up on safe-start settings: Use a separate account and turn training off. Set connectors and web access to Always ask, answer approval cards with Allow once or Deny, connect one read-only service at a time and keep each project in its own side chat.
  • Turn a one-line request into a brief and a sourced evidence summary: Write down who acts on the answer, the deliverables, the exclusions and the acceptance criteria. Get an evidence summary where every claim has a source and where gaps, disputes and unverified figures are marked [CHECK]. The recommendation and the decision stay with you.
  • Keep evidence, actions and status current with scheduled tasks: Set up standing tasks that report only real, relevant changes, show inferred owners and dates as unconfirmed, bring conflicts to you instead of resolving them, and leave drafts unsent until you approve them.
  • Revise a deliverable without scope creep: After a change, update only the affected sections and keep a change log. Check that no scope has crept in and no accepted requirement has been dropped.
  • Review what Muse did each week: Go through the Activity log, Upcoming, permissions, Allowed websites and Memory. Correct or revoke anything that went beyond what you intended, and don't rely on the agent's own account of what it did.
