A focused two-hour course for senior leaders. Learn a repeatable review that breaks any recommendation into claims, costs, assumptions and conditions, with AI doing the first draft and you keeping the decision.
What you will be able to do
- See what is claimed and what is shown: Separate each claim in a proposal from the evidence offered for it and from the conclusion drawn, and spot where the story goes further than the evidence.
- Find the costs that were left out: List the costs a proposal doesn't show, such as staff time, dependencies on other teams and ongoing running costs, and turn each gap into a question for the author.
- Know what the recommendation depends on: Identify the assumptions and conditions behind a recommendation and mark each as verified, unverified or changed, with the reason.
- Let AI draft the review, then check it: Ask an AI assistant for a structured four-part review with section references, then check its output against the source documents and add what only you know.
- Decide with owners, not loose ends: Approve, return or approve with conditions, and name an accountable owner and a date for each open condition.
