Days 8 to 10 are never sold separately, never priced and never listed as purchasable. They are reachable only by enrolling in the MasterClass. The hours shown are clock hours, not credit hours; no CLE credit is offered or implied, at any level.
IF YOU HAVE ALREADY DONE SOME OF IT
You never pay twice for the same day.
The ten days sit in three blocks that do not overlap. Intro is days 1 and 2. Intensive is days 3 to 7. Days 8, 9 and 10 complete the MasterClass and are sold no other way.
If you hold the Intro and go on to the MasterClass, you attend the eight days you have not had and you pay the difference. If you hold the Intensive and go on to the MasterClass, you attend days 1, 2, 8, 9 and 10 and you pay the difference. If you hold both, you attend days 8, 9 and 10 and you pay the difference. Every block you hold is counted, and the difference is measured against what you actually paid. Twelve months from each purchase date, and only into the MasterClass — never from Intro into Intensive, and never anywhere else.
You are not buying the whole MasterClass a second time, and this is not a trial you upgrade out of. Both blocks are complete in themselves. What the arrangement means is exactly what it says and nothing more: you never pay twice for the same day.
HOW YOU PAY
Card to nine seats. Wire at ten.
One to nine seats: card, with 3-D Secure. Configure it and buy it. There is no quote to request and no one to talk to first.
Ten seats or more: wire, in full, before delivery. Nothing issues until the funds settle — not on notification, on settlement.
Every level is paid in full, in one transaction. There is no instalment option at any level, including the MasterClass and MasterMind. This exists so that we are never in the position of chasing an attorney for money.
Purchases are in US dollars. The seller of record is Developer LLC, and that is the name on the receipt.
BEFORE YOU SEND A WIRE
Call us. Do not trust the email.
Wire instructions are a target. If you receive banking details that appear to come from us — in an email, in a document, in a reply to a thread you started — call and confirm them before sending anything.

We will never send you changed banking details in a message, and we will never ask you to act on new details without a call you placed.
TEACHING IT INSIDE YOUR FIRM
The Internal Teaching Right is a separate line.
At two seats or more you may license the right to teach internally what your people learned. It is priced separately from seats and never bundled into the seat price, because they are two different things.
It conveys knowledge, never artifacts. A licensee may teach what it learned inside the firm without limit; it may not pass on the materials themselves. There is no export, no bulk download and no derivative distribution. Everyone taught internally signs the same individual undertaking.
The library unlocks at ten or more seats at MasterClass level, and nowhere else.
WHAT IS NOT ON OFFER
So you do not have to ask.
No discount codes, no sale pricing, no launch pricing, no bundles. The volume schedule above is the whole of it.
No instalments and no payment plans, at any level or any size.
No money-back guarantee — nothing here returns your money on dissatisfaction, before or after. What exists instead is a cancellation right: before your block begins you may cancel at any time for a full refund, no reason required and no cutoff window, in cash on an individual purchase and as credit toward a future cohort at the same level, valid for twelve months, on a group purchase. After it begins, a day that runs is delivered whether or not you attend, and attending any part of a day consumes it — the published join and leave threshold is fifteen minutes. A consumed day is never refunded, credited or exchanged for money. A day we fail to deliver is not a consumed day: you choose the remedy there, and cash is one of the choices.
No recording, so no playback and no catch-up. A day you missed earns a guaranteed place on that day in a later cohort at no charge, for twelve months. A day you attended may be re-sat at no charge where there is space, for the same twelve months. We owe you the day, not its value.
No rescheduling, no shortened days, no split runs, no make-up sessions and no accommodation of an individual calendar. The schedule is published in advance and it is the schedule.
No seat counts, no class size, no places remaining, no countdowns and no waiting-list position. Capacity is never published in any form.
Moving to a later cohort
You may move your seat to a later cohort at no charge by telling us any time up to and including the last scheduled day of your current cohort. No reason required, and none will be asked for.
You may move the whole block or any part of it you have not yet had.
If the later cohort’s price is higher, you pay nothing extra.
