MASTER AI FOR ATTORNEYS
Ten Days, Three Phases, One Practice
Ten consecutive days, live, on the business of running a law firm — not on the law. Each day you build one thing and you leave holding it. Nothing is recorded, which is the point: the room is where it happens, and the question with the most professional cost to ask is the one worth the ticket.

DAYS 1–2 · PHASE ONE, DRAFTING
Get the standard out of your head and onto the page.
This is the Intro, whole. Nothing in it is held back for a later product, and no later product repeats it.
DAY 01
Write the Instruction
Dictate the assignment as you would to a competent delegate, then find every place the instruction was in your head and not on the page. Constrain it. Teach it to refuse. Reconstruct a week of work from notes that never held it, without inventing a minute.
Dictate · Constrain · Refuse · Reconstruct
DAY 02
Scope the Engagement
A fourteen-category sweep over one messy engagement paragraph. Name the four things you will end up doing that nobody agreed to, and write the exclusion for each. Then draft the letter that will one day close the same matter.
Sweep · Define · Verify · Close
DAYS 3–7 · PHASE TWO, VOLUME
A corpus nobody in the room could read, checked in two minutes.
This is the Intensive, whole. Students who came for days one and two start here on day three; those two days are never bought twice.
DAY 03
Build the Pipeline
Stage · Extract · Cross-check · Trace
DAY 04
Audit the Record
Screen · Quote · Reverse · Log
DAY 05
Digest the Volume
Ingest · Segment · Confirm · Discard
DAY 06
Shape the Review
Rank · Source · Gate · Compress
DAY 07
Reconcile the Money
Bill · Recompute · Concede · Balance
These three days complete the MasterClass, which is all ten days. There is no separate purchase for this phase, because it is not a separate thing.
Standing functions that hold their state between runs, an organisation of those functions over one matter, and the round trip that takes the matter out and brings it back.
Upcoming dates
65 scheduled hours. 50 guided hours. Ten days at six and a half hours each — 11:00 to 5:30 Eastern. Ninety minutes of every day are a sixty-minute lunch and two fifteen-minute breaks, which is where the fifteen-hour difference goes. It is printed here rather than left to be discovered. These are clock hours, not credit hours; no CLE credit is offered or implied.

HOW A DAY RUNS
Four beats. One instrument. Nothing recorded.
Teaching and build blocks alternate. You are not watching a demonstration; you are making the thing while it is explained.
Your questions go to the instructor through a private one-to-one channel. A question is answered aloud only if the instructor promotes it, and it is generalised before it is voiced.
The instructor is unrevealed — voice and screen only, never named.
Nothing is recorded. Not you, not the instructor, not the screen. Miss a day and you get a guaranteed place on that day in a later cohort, at no charge, for twelve months — not a video of it.
Exercises run on supplied fixtures. Your own charter, your own ledger and your own matter are worked privately, by you, on your own machine.
65 scheduled against 50 guided. The 15-hour gap is one 60-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks a day, and it is published rather than hidden. These are clock hours, not credit hours.

THE ROOM
You are isolated from every other participant, colleagues included. No roster, no attendee list, no count of who is present, no breakout room, no introduction.
Where it goes next, if you want it to.
You never pay twice for the same day. A prior buyer attends only the days they have not had and pays the difference — within twelve months, and only into the MasterClass.
